The quality assurance of the services and contingency plans provided can be considered as the equivalent of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in Polish, with provisions on the obligations of partners and the rules applicable to emergency and crisis situations. Comparing the traditional and modern approach to outsourcing, it should be noted that there is a tendency to limit the scope of specific provisions to quality assurance of services provided (SLA).
