Api Monogram License Agreement

Api Spec Q1 limits the applicable sections of the standard to exclusion (see API Q1 specification). To justify these exclusions, the applicant or licensed organization must provide a written justification for the exclusion (the excluded) and indicate the exclusion (the exclusions) in the quality manual. The applicant is required to keep at least one copy of the official and current edition of the English version of the Spec Q1 API and the Product Specification API(s) under which it is applying for the license. The product specification workbook(s) must be the version of the document published by API, distributed via the API or an authorized distributor. The translation of API publications without the explicit prior written permission of the API is a copyright infringement. If a translated version is not available through an authorized redistributor, contact the API via the Monogram/APIQR API contact form. The API implements the necessary measures to have the document translated. API is committed to maintaining maximum confidence in its certification activities (Management System Registrations and Monogram Licensing) by conducting impartial and objective assessments of its customers` management systems. This commitment is supported by processes that manage conflicts of interest, ensure the competence of staff, preserve the confidentiality of information while promoting openness and enabling communication with all stakeholders. Join the best in the industry and show the world what you have to offer.

More than 4,600 companies in 80 countries, from small companies to large multinationals, have the right to use the API monogram and APIQR brands. These companies and the products they manufacture meet globally recognized industry standards and management specifications. Find out who they are by visiting the Composite List Registered API Spec Q1, which shows its customers that they are able to reliably offer products and manufacturing-related processes that meet customer and legal requirements. The API presents a new look: the American Petroleum Institute (API) is pleased to announce a new visual identity and logo: New Look, Same Trusted Resource. . . .
